Florida requires a threshold inspection program for larger buildings, such as buildings more than three stories or 50 feet in height. We coordinate the inspection program and provide the engineering support around it.
What is included
- Threshold inspections performed by a certified Special Inspector engaged for each project
- Coordination of the structural inspection plan with the Engineer of Record and the building department
- Repair engineering for threshold buildings, such as balcony and slab repairs
- Review of test results and field conditions
- Compliance documentation for the building official
Signed and sealed deliverables are provided where the project scope requires them. Structural engineering services are provided in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Louisiana.
