Site assessment
When the project involves an existing structure, we visit the site to document conditions, take measurements, and note any damage.
Design and analysis
We perform the engineering calculations and prepare the drawings, coordinating with your architect, contractor, or fabricator.
Documentation
We issue the final drawings, calculations, reports, or letters. Signed and sealed deliverables are provided where the project scope requires them.
Permitting support
We help you through plan review and respond to comments from the building department.
Delivery and follow-up
Final documents are delivered, and we remain available for questions during construction.
